$\frac{{2\Delta \;{\rm{T}}}}{{\;{\rm{T}}}} = \frac{{3\Delta {\rm{R}}}}{{\rm{R}}}$
$\frac{{2\Delta \;{\rm{T}}}}{{\;{\rm{T}}}} = \frac{{3 \times 0.03{\rm{R}}}}{{\rm{R}}}$
$\frac{{\Delta \;{\rm{T}}}}{{\;{\rm{T}}}} = \frac{{3 \times 0.03}}{2} \times 100 = 4.5\% $
