(3) Sol. $\mathrm{T} \cos \theta=\mathrm{mg}$ $$ \begin{aligned} & \mathrm{T} \sin \theta=\frac{\mathrm{mv}^2}{\mathrm{R}} \\ & \tan \theta=\frac{\mathrm{v}^2}{\mathrm{Rg}} \\ & \tan \theta=\frac{20^2}{40 \times 10} \\ & \tan \theta=1 \\ & \Rightarrow \quad \theta=\frac{\pi}{4} \end{aligned} $$
