Question
A planet of mass $M$, has two natural satellites with masses $m_1$ and $m_2$. The radii of their circular orbits are $\mathrm{R}_1$ and $\mathrm{R}_2$ respectively. Ignore the gravitational force between the satellites. Define $\mathrm{v}_1, \mathrm{~L}_1, \mathrm{~K}_1$ and $\mathrm{T}_1$ to be, respectively, the orbital speed, angular momentum, kinetic energy and time period of revolution of satellite 1 ; and $\mathrm{v}_2, \mathrm{~L}_2, \mathrm{~K}_2$ and $\mathrm{T}_2$ to be the corresponding quantities of satellite 2 . Given $\mathrm{m}_1 / \mathrm{m}_2=2$ and $\mathrm{R}_1 / \mathrm{R}_2=1 / 4$, match the ratios in List-I to the numbers in List-II.
Select the correct option:
A
P → 4; Q → 2; R → 1; S → 3
B
P → 3; Q → 2; R → 4; S → 1
C
P → 2; Q → 3; R → 1; S → 4
D
P → 2; Q → 3; R → 4; S → 1
