$\quad \mathrm{H}_{2}+\mathrm{I}_{2} \rightleftharpoons 2 \mathrm{HI}$
Concentration of $\mathrm{H}_{2}$ and $\mathrm{I}_{2}$ decreases until equilibrium condition and concentration of HI increases till equilibrium condition and after equilibrium concentration of all the reactant and products remain constant.
