By Bernoulli equation
$$ \mathrm{P}_{1}+\frac{1}{2} \times \rho \times 0^{2}=\mathrm{P}_{2}+\frac{1}{2} \rho \mathrm{~V}^{2} \quad \mathrm{v}=\sqrt{2 \rho\left(\mathrm{P}_{1}-\mathrm{P}_{2}\right)} $$
