Sol. $$ \begin{aligned} & V=\frac{G M}{2 R^3}\left(3 R^2-r^2\right) \text { at } r=R \Rightarrow V=\left(\frac{G M}{R}\right) \\ & \text { at } r=0, V_0=\frac{3 G M}{2 R}=\left(\frac{3 V}{2}\right) \end{aligned} $$
