  Students may register using their mobile number, OTP verification, Google authentication, or other supported login methods.
• 2.2
  Users must provide accurate and updated information when registering or enrolling.
• 2.3
  Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activities conducted through their accounts.
• 2.4
  Sharing accounts, login credentials, paid educational content, or unauthorized access with third parties is prohibited.
• 2.5
  Competishun may suspend or restrict accounts in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized sharing, misuse, or violations of these terms, subject to applicable law.
• 2.6
  Account registration does not automatically constitute enrollment in a paid course.

3Educational Services

Competishun provides educational services that may include:

• JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NEET, and other competitive examination preparation.
• Live and recorded video lectures.
• Online and offline test series.
• Study materials, digital resources, books, and question banks.
• Doubt resolution and academic support.
• Student communities, performance analysis, and learning resources.
• Admission counselling and course-related assistance.

4Course Enrollment and Access

• 4.1
  Course access is provided according to the purchased product's specified validity period, features, and enrollment conditions.
• 4.2
  Enrollment is generally personal and non-transferable unless Competishun expressly permits otherwise.
• 4.3
  Course schedules, faculty allocations, lecture releases, and learning resources may be modified for legitimate academic or operational reasons.
• 4.4
  Material changes affecting a purchased course will be communicated through appropriate channels, and applicable consumer rights will be respected.
• 4.5
  Users must have compatible devices and adequate internet connectivity to access online services.
• 4.6
  Any offline access or downloadable content will be subject to the applicable product conditions.

5Payments, Fees, and Refunds

• 5.1
  Applicable course fees, taxes, discounts, and other charges will be displayed during the purchase process.
• 5.2
  Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment service providers.
• 5.3
  Refunds, cancellations, and transfers are governed by the refund and cancellation policy applicable to the purchased product and disclosed at or before purchase.
• 5.4
  Short-term courses, test series, books, and study materials may be subject to non-refundable conditions where clearly disclosed and legally permissible.
• 5.5
  Full-year courses may have separate refund eligibility, timelines, and deductions as stated in the applicable batch policy.
• 5.6
  Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
• 5.7
  Users should review the relevant product's refund policy before making payment.

6Communication and Student Support

• 6.1
  Competishun may contact registered or enrolled users for legitimate service-related purposes, including:

  • Account verification and security.
  • Enrollment and payment confirmation.
  • Course onboarding and access assistance.
  • Lecture schedules, tests, and academic notifications.
  • Technical support and complaint resolution.
  • Responses to enquiries or callback requests.
  • Important service or policy updates.
• 6.2
  Depending on the nature of the communication and applicable legal requirements, these communications may be delivered through telephone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, application notifications, or other supported channels.
• 6.3
  Service communications will be distinguished from promotional communications wherever required by law.

7Promotional Communications and Consent

• 7.1
  Competishun may offer information regarding new courses, admissions, counselling opportunities, educational products, discounts, and other promotional offerings.
• 7.2
  Promotional calls and messages will be sent only where permitted under applicable law and after obtaining any necessary consent or authorization.
• 7.3
  Users may separately opt in to receive promotional communications through telephone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and other available channels.
• 7.4
  Consent for promotional communications is voluntary and is not a mandatory condition for creating an account or accessing services that do not require such communications.
• 7.5
  Users may withdraw promotional consent by contacting Competishun through the contact details provided in the Privacy Policy or through available opt-out mechanisms.
• 7.6
  Withdrawal of promotional consent will not prevent essential service communications that are otherwise lawfully permitted.

  Competishun will comply with applicable telecommunications regulations, including relevant TRAI requirements, registered communication processes, and user preferences.

8AI-Assisted Calls and Automated Communication

• 8.1
  Competishun may use authorized technology service providers, including artificial intelligence-based calling systems, to assist with student support, enrollment verification, onboarding, academic enquiries, and other permitted communications.
• 8.2
  AI-assisted calls may be used to confirm course access, identify support requirements, answer approved frequently asked questions, and arrange human follow-up.
• 8.3
  Promotional AI-assisted calls will be subject to applicable marketing consent and telecommunications requirements.
• 8.4
  Where an AI system conducts a call, Competishun will provide appropriate disclosure of the automated nature of the interaction.
• 8.5
  Users may request human assistance where available or decline further promotional communications.
• 8.6
  Calls may be recorded or transcribed for disclosed and lawful purposes, such as support quality, dispute resolution, and service improvement, subject to applicable notice, consent, and privacy requirements.
• 8.7
  Personal information shared with authorized AI service providers will be governed by appropriate contractual, security, and data protection arrangements.

9Intellectual Property

• 9.1
  All original lectures, videos, notes, test papers, question banks, graphics, software, course structures, branding, and other educational materials made available by Competishun are owned by Competishun or its respective licensors.
• 9.2
  Users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access purchased or authorized content for educational purposes.
• 9.3
  Without written permission, users must not:

  • Record, reproduce, or redistribute paid lectures or protected content.
  • Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit course materials.
  • Upload paid content to public websites or social media.
  • Circumvent digital access controls or security protections.
  • Share account credentials to provide unauthorized access.
• 9.4
  Competishun may take proportionate action against infringement in accordance with applicable law.

10Community Section Guidelines

• 10.1
  The Community Section is intended for educational discussions, preparation strategies, student questions, motivation, and constructive interactions.
• 10.2
  Users must not publish:

  • Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or defamatory content.
  • Harassment, bullying, or personal attacks.
  • Obscene, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate material.
  • Spam, scams, misleading information, or unauthorized advertisements.
  • Copyright-infringing content.
  • Personal or sensitive information belonging to others without authorization.
• 10.3
  Users must not impersonate other individuals, create fraudulent accounts, or misuse automated tools to manipulate community interactions.
• 10.4
  Users remain responsible for the content they publish.
• 10.5
  By posting content, users grant Competishun a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and moderate that content as reasonably necessary to operate the Community Section.
• 10.6
  Any separate promotional use of identifiable student content will be subject to applicable permissions and privacy requirements.
• 10.7
  Competishun may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these guidelines, subject to applicable law.
• 10.8
  Users may report inappropriate content through available reporting or support channels.

11Accuracy of Educational Information

• 11.1
  Competishun makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and updated educational information.
• 11.2
  Examination dates, eligibility criteria, syllabi, counselling procedures, and admission rules may be changed by the relevant examination authorities.
• 11.3
  Students should verify critical examination information from the official examination or counselling authority.
• 11.4
  Competishun does not guarantee any particular rank, percentile, score, admission, scholarship, or examination result.

12Third-Party Services

• 12.1
  The Platform may integrate with authorized payment gateways, authentication services, CRM providers, communication platforms, analytics providers, hosting services, and AI technology providers.
• 12.2
  These services may process information only for authorized purposes and subject to applicable agreements and legal requirements.
• 12.3
  External websites or services accessed through third-party links may have their own terms and privacy policies.

13Cookies and Tracking Technologies

  To the maximum extent permitted by law, Competishun is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
• 15.4
  Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
