At centre $B=N\left(\frac{\mu_0 i}{2 R}\right)$ $$ \begin{aligned} & B_x=200\left(\frac{\mu_0 i}{2 \times 20 \mathrm{~cm}}\right) \\ & B_y=400\left(\frac{\mu_0 i}{2 \times 20 \mathrm{~cm}}\right) \\ & \frac{B_x}{B_y}=\frac{1}{2} \end{aligned} $$
