$$
Statement II :
$\mathrm{ClO}_3^1$ is $\mathrm{sp}^3$ and pyramidal
$\mathrm{ICl}_4^{\ominus}$ is $\mathrm{sp}^3 \mathrm{~d}^2$ and square planar
$\mathrm{IBr}_2^{!}$is $\mathrm{sp}^3 \mathrm{~d}$ and linear.
