The MHT CET 2027 syllabus covers the whole Maharashtra State Board Class 12 syllabus plus selected Class 11 chapters in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology. About 20% of questions come from Class 11 and 80% from Class 12. PCM students write Physics, Chemistry and Maths; PCB students write Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The official 2027 PDF will be published on cetcell.mahacet.org with the information brochure.
Before you plan a single study hour for MHT CET 2027, you need to know exactly what is in the syllabus. It is not the same as JEE Main, it is not the full Class 11 book, and Class 12 carries most of the marks.

The whole Class 12 Mathematics syllabus (Part I and Part II) is included. Every Maths question carries 2 marks, so this section decides a big share of the PCM score.

Many students prepare for both, so this matters. The overlap is large, but there are real differences.
